These are introductory prices for our first customers. The domain name (about $11 a year) is paid by you to the registrar, in your name, and we set it up. Extra changes after your two rounds are $60 an hour. The optional care plan is $39 a month and covers hosting after the first year, regular checks and one small edit a month. Cancel any time. We'll give you a delivery date when you order. The sign-up takes about 5 minutes, and you can add photos right there.

What exactly is an overhaul?
We take the website you already have and bring it up to date: a fresher look, better on phones, faster, easier to find on Google and easier to contact you from. We keep what works and fix what doesn't, instead of starting from scratch.
Do I have to get the audit first?
No. If you already know you want your site fixed, ask for a quote and skip the audit. The audit is there if you want to see exactly what is wrong before deciding, or if you'd rather make the changes yourself.
Does the $19.99 audit count toward an overhaul?
Yes. If you start with the audit and then go ahead with an overhaul, the $19.99 comes off the price of the overhaul.
Who owns my new website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and the content is yours. If you ever want to move your site elsewhere, we hand over the site files.
What does a new website cost altogether?
The personal site is $99 and the small-business site is $149, both one time at our introductory prices. The domain name is about $11 a year, paid by you to the registrar. Hosting is included for the first year.
What happens after the first year?
Your site stays online as long as you're on the care plan: $39 a month, which includes hosting, regular checks and one small edit a month, and you can cancel any time. If you'd rather not, we hand over your site files and help you move them. We'll remind you a month before the year is up.
I already have a domain name. Can you use it?
Yes. We'll connect your new site to it instead of registering a new one.
How much does an overhaul cost?
Every site is different, so we quote each one in writing before any work starts. The quote is free and there's no obligation. Our aim is to cost a fraction of what a brand-new website would.
Will I lose what I already have?
No. We work from your current site and keep the parts that already work, including your pages, your content and your web address.
What if my site is beyond saving?
We'll tell you plainly, and explain what a rebuild would involve. We'd rather give you honest advice than sell you work you don't need.
Do you need to log in to my website?
Not for the audit: it only uses the public pages anyone can see. For an overhaul we would need some access to make the changes. We agree exactly what in the quote, and we never ask for it before you say yes.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is explained in plain English, for the business owner, not a developer.
What if the audit finds nothing wrong?
That would be great news. If we can't find at least 5 real issues, you get a full refund.
How do I pay for the audit?
By card through a secure payment page. We never see your card details.
I heard WordPress/PHP sites are at risk right now. Is that true?
Yes. In October 2026 PHP disclosed two critical flaws (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, nicknamed "PHP2Shell") that let attackers take over an unpatched server with no password, and CISA urged every PHP-based site to patch immediately. Nearly half of all WordPress sites are still running PHP versions old enough that they'll never get an official fix.
